We asked Scott a bit more about his ethos when working with clients:

“I help people increase their confidence through lifestyle changes and general fitness. I have a particular focus on building strength, and losing body fat.

Alongside the physical training, I also like to assist with breaking down any negative relationships with food, through tailored education and personal support.

I have been overweight myself in the past and have suffered from negative self-talk, so I can really relate to people’s struggles which helps me create a compassionate and judgement-free environment for my clients.”
