Maddie’s passion for pole fitness started 9 years ago when she (somewhat unwillingly!) attended her first class with a friend and was immediately hooked thereafter. As a runner and regular attendee of traditional body conditioning classes, pole fitness was a perfect combination of full body strength, stamina and fun. Maddie now shares her passion for pole daily through her pole fitness classes with Activ Scotland.
Maddie is a PDC registered instructor and aims to combat the stereotype associated with pole classes, as well as helping to establish pole fitness as a sport. Classes are small and welcoming to all; there are no pre-requisite skills or strength required!
