Glen initially started practising yoga many years ago when, as a keen cyclist, he became aware of his whole body stiffening up. Taking up yoga soon helped sort that problem.
This early interest led to Glen enrolling on the 200-hour Classical Yoga School teacher’s course over a decade ago, followed by his recent completion of the 300-hour advanced course. He is currently working to complete the Gary Carter teacher anatomy course.
Glen also works within the NHS as an orthotist and has always been interested in people’s health and movement, centring on their feet.
Glen’s practice and teaching concentrates on the seasonal flow style of yoga, with an emphasis on the breath. It always amazes him to see how much pupils achieve, how far they advance in a short period of time, and the enjoyment that yoga practice can bring.
