Run Activ

Run Activ is a fitness class which combines bodyweight resistance training with intervals to add something extra to your training week.

Using some great natural training locations in Glasgow, including Kelvingrove stairs, Montrose street and Carlton Place on the River Clyde, the sessions are always challenging and varied week to week.

The group prides itself on being supportive, with everyone working as a team to help everyone get the best out of each other.
