Activ is a dedicated fitness studio in the centre of Glasgow which offers an array of classes, personal training programmes and specialist treatments.

Our attitude towards fitness is based on stripping things back and keeping things simple; quality over quantity, variety over repetition, motion over static.

Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness through a personally-tailored programme, or recover from an injury
— we can help.

From bespoke individual training regimes to yoga,   sports massage and personal training, we cover a broad and varied spectrum with our services and, whatever your needs, you can be sure you’ll be in good hands.

Our coaching team is made up of highly-qualified trainers and sports therapists, who are passionate about what they do and love helping people realise their ambitions, achieve their goals and enjoy a healthy lifestyle to the full.

Positive, attentive, personable, up-front and encouraging, we always welcome new faces to the studio with a smile.

Our classes are maintained at small numbers to allow for the experience and attention of a personal training session with the discounted rate of a group session.

The classes are run on a pay-as-you-go basis, so no membership applies and students are eligible for discount.

Activ runs certified worskhops for fitness industry professionals, covering a range of skills, techniques, equipment and treatment methods.

Our team hosts a variety of carefully selected, engaging workshops and seminars at introductory, intermediate and advanced levels. We believe in the importance of continual learning and we love sharing knowledge and ideas.
